Canadian Rural Partnership, Pilot Projects 2000-2001. Northwest Territories. The Dogrib Addictions Strategy is a comprehensive approach to addictions problems in four Dogrib communities. The purpose of this project is to train 18 youth as peer counsellors serving in their local communities.
