ACCS is a subsystem of the Financial Management System (FMS) dedicated to the function of Commitment Control in the Supply Revolving Fund and the Operating Expenditures Vote. It provides control requirements for management, and support to the Responsibility Centre Managers, in the form of reports and on-line enquiries.
