The purpose of this Best Practice is to clarify the criteria for identifying and approving full or partial exemptions of real property from policy requirements in accordance with the Treasury Board (TB) policy on accessibility. The Best Practice also suggests a process for the review and approval of such exemptions and includes a sample Accessibility Exemption Form as an attachment.
