OBS

Both the Canada and Quebec Pension Plans provide additional benefits for the dependent children of a beneficiary of a disability pension and the dependent children of a deceased contributor. Under both CPP and QPP, the disabled contributor's child benefit and the orphan's benefit are payable on behalf of children up to age 18, and up to age 25 if in full time attendance at school.

Le Régime de pensions du Canada et le Régime de rentes du Québec prévoient le paiement de prestations supplémentaires pour enfants à charge aux personnes touchant une pension d'invalidité ou pour les enfants à charge d'un cotisant décédé. En vertu des deux régimes, la prestation d'enfant de cotisant invalide et la prestation pour orphelin sont payables pour les enfants jusqu'à l'âge de 18 ans ou de 25 ans s'ils fréquentent un établissement scolaire à plein temps.
