The Canada Health Infostructure Partnerships Program (CHIPP) was a two-year shared-cost incentive program, aimed at supporting collaboration, innovation, and renewal in health care delivery through the use of information and communication technologies. CHIPP invested in model implementation projects in two strategic areas: telehealth and electronic health records model projects. The Program helped improve accessibility and quality of care for all Canadians while enhancing the efficiency and long term viability of the health system.

Le Programme de partenariats de l'Infostructure canadienne de la santé (PPICS) a été un programme d'encouragement à coûts partagés d'une durée de deux ans. Son but était de soutenir la collaboration, l'innovation et le renouvellement des pratiques liées à la prestation des soins de santé par l'utilisation de l'information et des technologies de communication. Le PPICS a financé des projets d'application de modèles dans deux domaines stratégiques : la télésanté et les dossiers de santé électroniques. Il a contribué ainsi à améliorer l'accessibilité et la qualité des soins pour tous les Canadiens, tout en renforçant l'efficacité et la viabilité à long terme du système de santé.
