Environment Canada. The goal of the three Canadian Environmental Technology Advancement Centres, or CETACs, is to support the development, demonstration and deployment of innovative environmental technologies. This is done by assisting small and medium enterprises through a provision of support services such as: general business development counselling; market analysis; assistance in raising capital; and technical assistance.
