The Health Funding Arrangements Division is responsible for managing all processes and activities, which support Health Canada's transfer initiative. The Division is tasked with funding appropriate mechanisms and processes to facilitate First Nations control. Community-based health services to be transferred include: Environmental health, treatment, and prevention health services; and Appropriate First Nations and Inuit Health Branch facilities.
