TORONTO, January 5, 2000 - Secretary of State (Amateur Sport) Denis Coderre today announced the creation of a Work Group to develop a National Alternate Dispute Resolution System for amateur sport. This new system will ensure that athletes, coaches and national sport organizations have access to an independent and cooperative process to help them resolve disputes.

Ce nouveau système veillera à ce que les athlètes, les entraîneurs et les organismes nationaux de sport aient accès à un processus indépendent et harmonisé qui les aidera à régler les différends.
