Œdèmes de Reinke ou laryngites pseudomyxomateuses - [...] La voix est essentiellement aggravée : la masse de la corde vocale est augmentée [...] Dans une série de 39 patients opérés le malmenage vocal seul est retrouvé chez 10 % des patients atteints d'œdème de Reinke [...] L'histologie de ces lésions est semblable à celle des polypes œdémateux ou des pseudokystes muqueux : l'épithélium aminci repose sur un chorion dont les fibres sont distendues par un exsudat très important.
