The Lands Appeal Board is an independent body that provides an opportunity for individuals who have been unsuccessful in obtaining a Crown land lease or have had an existing lease cancelled to be heard and have their applications reviewed. The Lands Appeal Board ensures that all applications are scored fairly and are consistent with the Agricultural Crown Land Lease Policy.
