The PSC's [Public Service Commission] ongoing efforts to encourage organizations to use PSR [post-secondary recruitment] to attract post-secondary graduates is reflected in the number of career choices in 2006-2007. In 2007-2008, the PSC will continue to expand the scope of the program by examining various options to enhance the participation of federal government departments and agencies. Unique recruitment approaches will continue to be developed, such as the Student Ambassador Program, through which students work in collaboration with educational organizations to promote public service employment to post-secondary graduates.
