Parmi les quatre patients qui ont eu une mise en place d'une endoprothèse de type UroLume, deux prothèses ont migré dans la vessie, probablement du fait de la résection du col vésical associée au geste opératoire. Pour les deux autres, la prothèse est restée en place mais a été la source d'importantes douleurs mictionnelles qui ont diminué avec le temps. Ces quatre patients ont tous eu une préservation de leur éjaculation, avec un statut mictionnel nettement amélioré.
