Veterans Affairs Canada. This project will provide Veterans Affairs Canada clients with the option of using the convenience and confidentially of the Internet to apply for disability pensions. Benefits and Health Services On-Line will be integrated with the department's two main client service delivery systems. This project will give clients the option of applying on-line for their disability pensions; will allow interactive, electronic exchange of medical and other support material for applications; and, will provide clients with the ability to electronically inquire on the status of their disability benefits.

Anciens Combattants Canada. Ce projet permettra aux clients d'Anciens Combattants Canada de profiter de la commodité et de la confidentialité qu'offre Internet pour présenter leurs demandes de pension d'invalidité. Prestations et services de santé en direct sera intégré aux deux systèmes principaux de prestation de services pour les clients du ministère. Ce projet leur permettra de présenter leur demande de pension d'invalidité électroniquement. Il facilitera également l'échange électronique et interactif des dossiers médicaux et des autres documents qui appuient ces demandes et permettra aux clients de se renseigner électroniquement sur le statut de leurs prestations d'invalidité.
