Under the auspices of the International Network on Cultural Policy (INCP), Mr. Vincenzo Vita, Under-Secretary of State, launched the first meeting of the Working Group on Broadcasting in a Global Environment. The meeting, which took place in Rome on March 12, 2001, brought together experts in the field of broadcasting from 10 countries of the INCP, UNESCO, and Italian public and private.

Sous les auspices du Réseau international sur la politique culturelle (RIPC), M. Vincenzo Vita, sous-secrétaire d'État, présidait la première rencontre du Groupe de travail sur la radiodiffusion dans l'environnement mondial. La rencontre, qui s'est déroulée à Rome le 12 mars 2001, réunissait des experts du domaine de la radiodiffusion de dix pays du RIPC, de l'UNESCO et des leaders italiens, aussi bien du secteur privé que public, des communications et de l'audiovisuel.

Bajo los auspicios de la Red Internacional de Políticas Culturales (RIPC), el señor Vincenzo Vita, Subsecretario de Estado, presidió la primera reunión del Grupo de Trabajo sobre Radiodifusión en un Ambiente Mundializado. El encuentro, que tuvo lugar en Roma el 12 de marzo del 2001, reunió a especialistas en el campo de la radiodifusión de 10 países de la RIPC, la UNESCO, y líderes italianos en comunicaciones y el audiovisual, tanto del sector público como privado.
