Canadian Rural Partnership, Pilot Projects 2000-2001. Northwest Territories. The project will encourage youth to start or expand businesses in the Deh Cho region by increasing awareness of the assistance that is available and helping youth access this assistance. The development officer will provide help prior to, during and after the application and start-up process to help increase the chance of success.
