Les bruits respiratoires anormaux. Il faut insister sur deux anomalies; l'une qui appartient à l'oedème pulmonaire subaigu : c'est le grésillement laryngé; l'autre, que provoque une néoplasie bronchique, c'est le sifflement pseudo-asthmatique ou wheezing, souvent perçu par le malade lui-même lorsqu'il respire la bouche ouverte.
