Lymph node calcification may be recognized on chest radiographs or CT [computed tomograms] Typically, calcified lymph nodes indicate prior granulatomous disease, including tuberculosis, histoplasmosis and other fungal infections, and sarcoidosis, although a variety of diseases may be associated with this finding.
