Temps malléolaire interne (fig 15). Il comporte le vissage du fragment détaché par un trait horizontal. Le risque est une rotation de cette malléole autour de la vis si on n'en utilise qu'une seule. Nous préférons donc, si la fracture paraît instable, utiliser deux petites vis parallèles du type vis à os spongieux (pas court) qui ont une bonne prise métaphysaire.
