On sent une légère réticence de la part des professionnels de la géothermie, lorsque l'on évoque les forages tout composites. Certes, théoriquement c'est une technologie d'avenir, mais la profession semble traumatisée par les accidents qui peuvent parfois survenir dans un forage. En cas d'intervention d'urgence sur les forages composites, leur tenue mécanique sera-t-elle suffisante, ne risque-t-on pas de blesser gravement les parois du puits? Seule l'expérience sur des forages pilotes donnera la réponse.
