The color complementary to red in three-color processes. Such a color absorbs primary red in the 600-700 manometer range, and transmits or reflects primary green and primary blue in the 400-600 manometer range. It appears bluish green.

OBS

Many people ... call inks for full-color printing "process colors" ... "process blue" and "process red" ... These ... inks ... must not be designated as blue and red but should always be called cyan and magenta.
