Domestic flight stages include all flight stages flown between points within the domestic boundaries of a State by an airline registered in that State. Flight stages between a State and territories belonging to it, as well as any flight stages between two such territories should be classified as domestic. This applies even though a stage may cross international waters or over the territory of another State. Les étapes intérieures comprennent toutes les étapes parcourues entre des points situés dans les limites des frontières d'un État par une entreprise de transport aérien qui a son siège social dans ledit État. Les étapes parcourues entre un État et les territoires qui lui appartiennent et toutes les étapes parcourues d'un de ces territoires à l'autre doivent être classées comme intérieures. Cette classification est valable même si une étape traverse l'espace situé au-dessus d'eaux internationales ou de territoire d'un autre État. Las etapas de vuelo del interior comprenden todas aquéllas voladas entre puntos que estén dentro de las fronteras de un Estado, por una línea aérea matriculada en dicho Estado. Las etapas de vuelo voladas entre un Estado y los territorios que le pertenecen, así como aquéllas voladas entre dos de estos territorios, deben clasificarse como "del interior". Esto se aplica aun en el caso de que una etapa determinada atraviese aguas internacionales o sobrevuele el territorio de otro Estado.
