La possession corpore alieno : Les actes matériels peuvent être accomplis pour le possesseur par un représentant du possesseur : mandataire, fermier, locataire. La possession est indirecte mais la plupart du temps, le possesseur est le propriétaire, il possède le corpore alieno.

OBS

Le locateur conserve la possession de l'immeuble loué, «corpore alieno», par l'intermédiaire du locataire.
