Rebar cutters. These hydraulic cutting tools are available in both powered and manual versions. The manual version is more labor-intensive, but it can be used in areas beyond the end of the hydraulic supply hose on powered units. These tools can be used to cut rebar (steel reinforcing bars used to increase the strength in concrete construction) when breaching a concrete wall, but they can also be used to cut security bars on windows or doors.

Les coupe-barres d'armature sont des outils de coupe hydrauliques actionnés manuellement ou mécaniquement. Les coupe-barres manuels exigent beaucoup d'énergie de la part des utilisateurs mais peuvent par contre être utilisés dans les endroits que ne peuvent atteindre les coupe-barres qui sont raccordés à un bloc moteur actionnant une pompe hydraulique. Ils servent à couper les barres d'armature (tiges d'acier qui servent à accroître la résistance des constructions en béton) lorsqu'il faut pratiquer une brèche dans un mur de béton; ils peuvent également couper les barres de sécurité installées sur les fenêtres ou les portes.
