les inhibiteurs de la biosynthèse des stérols [...] regroupent deux importants groupes de fongicides. [...] : Le premier groupe de fongicides, les «DMI», fait preuve d'un large champ d'activité contre un ensemble de champignons phytopathogènes des grandes cultures, des arbres fruitiers, de la vigne, des cultures industrielles, etc. Le second groupe de fongicides, généralement appelé «morpholines», présente un champ d'activité plus étroit, ces produits étant utilisés seuls ou en mélange avec les «DMI» pour maîtriser l'Oïdium des céréales. Alors que l'on trouve des résistances croisées à l'intérieur du groupe des fongicides «DMI» et aussi entre morpholines, il n'y a pas de résistance croisée entre les fongicides des deux groupes.
