A conference which involved the United States of America (America; A), the United Kingdom (Britain; B), and the Dominion of Canada (Canada; C) in 1947. The conference which was a continuation of the wartime cooperation among the allies, laid the base for the ABC standardization programme, which became the ABCA programme when the Dominion of Australia (Australia; A) joined the group. The acronym TEAL is formed from the first letter of the title of the meeting "Tri-partite Equipment And Logistics Conference".
