OBS

En avant, cet aspect répond à une érosion par un processus expansif (anévrisme aortique, adénopathies). En arrière elle peut être également due à un processus expansif (neurofibrome), mais s'observe aussi dans diverses affections constitutionnelles surtout quand elles comportent une fragilité osseuse (osteogenesis imperfecta), ou une hyperpression du LCS [liquide cérébrospinal] (hydrocéphalie communiquante).
