Lorsque la filiale a elle-même des placements sous forme de créances ou d'actions dans d'autres sociétés, elle doit faire les mêmes tests (sociétés rattachées, période de détention et composition de l'actif) au niveau de ces sociétés pour pouvoir classifier ces placements à titre de bien admissible. L'alinéa d) de la définition [...] au paragraphe 110.6(1) de la Loi aura pour effet de ne permettre qu'une seule société à l'intérieur d'une lignée verticale de détention ne puisse profiter du pourcentage de plus de 50% de bien admissible.
