Treasury Board Secretariat's Informal Conflict Management Service ... was formed to help employees and managers prevent, manage and resolve work-related conflicts before they feel compelled to deal with them through a more formal process, such as a grievance, a staffing appeal or a harassment complaint. These services consist of a set of informal mechanisms, including facilitated discussions, conflict coaching, mediation and skill-building workshops.
