Leptospiroses de l'homme [...] La forme ictérique sévère (maladie de Weil) [...] débute par un tableau septicémique (fièvre élevée, céphalées, prostration, troubles de la conscience, ...) puis la fièvre commence à diminuer vers le 5ème jour. La deuxième phase, au cours de laquelle apparaissent les anticorps (vers le 10ème jour), est caractérisée par une insuffisance rénale, des hémorragies diffuses, une atteinte hépatique (avec parfois un ictère flamboyant), un rash cutané, des signes méningés et myocardiques. L'ictère disparaît progressivement entre le 15ème et le 25ème jour et cette disparition peut être accompagnée d'une remontée thermique. 1, record 1, French, - maladie%20de%20Weil
