Deux tastevinages ont lieu tous les douze mois. Le premier, en septembre, concerne les vins blancs, les crus du Beaujolais et les crémants. Le second, au printemps, sélectionne les vins rouges de Bourgogne. Le jury de dégustation se compose de vignerons, de négociants, de courtiers, de restaurateurs, de journalistes et d'amateurs éclairés.
