Taxonomy, the scientific discipline that is concerned with the classification of life forms, owes a great deal to the Swedish naturalist Carl Linnaeus (1707 1778), the originator of the binomial nomenclature still used today . The term «heterosomate» is the singular form of «heterosomata»;the term «heterosomus» is the singular form of «heterosomi». No example of the term «Pleuronectiformes» was found without the capital «P»; it seems that the synonym «Heterosomata» is usually preferred in America. 5, record 15, English, - Pleuronectiformes

1, record 15, French, - pleuronectiformes
Record number: 15, Textual support number: 1 OBS
3, record 15, French, - pleuronectiformes
Record number: 15, Textual support number: 2 OBS
3, record 15, French, - pleuronectiformes
