Le terme «législation» abonde dans les textes juridiques canadiens. On l'emploie très souvent pour désigner une seule loi ce qui est incorrect. L'anglais «legislation» désigne une loi en langage parlementaire. Or, le français «législation» n'a pas ce sens.
