Système informatique servant à consigner les erreurs relatives aux appels interurbains non facturés. Appellation utilisée à l'ATG.

Bell Canada utilise un système identique pour établir les factures des appels outre-mer. Les standardistes enregistrent les appels sur des fiches lues, par la suite, par un système de reconnaissance optique de caractères, qui introduit les détails dans une base de donnée aux fins de facturation.
