CONT

Abundant pseudocallus formation at the site of stress fractures is a hallmark of corticosteroid-induced osteoporosis.

OBS

Osteoporosis due to glucocorticoid excess should be considered when there is associated osteoporosis of the skull, fractures of the ribs and pelvic rami, and prominent partially mineralized callus at the site of fracture.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Os et articulations
OBS
