Aboriginal entrepreneurs need information and resources to improve their access to capital and to establish or develop their businesses. The Aboriginal Business Service Network (ASBN) is being established, using information and Internet technologies, where possible, to provide a range of business products and services. The ASBN builds on the structure of existing Canada Business service centres located across the country which provide free-of-charge access to government information on business programs, services and regulations. These resources are tailored to meet unique requirements of Aboriginal clients.

Le Réseau de services aux entreprises autochtones (RSEA) offrira un éventail de produits et de services aux entreprises grâce aux technologies de l'information et aux technologies Internet, si possible. Le RSEA s'inspire de la structure des centres de services d'Entreprises Canada situés un peu partout, qui fournissent l'accès gratuit aux renseignements gouvernementaux sur les programmes, les services et les règlements qui concernent les entreprises.
