The AIDS Community Action program (ACAP) supports a community response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. ACAP provides both operational and regional project funding to community-based AIDS organizations in four program areas: Prevention education; Creation of supportive environments for those infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS; The strengthening of community-based organizations; Health promotion for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Le Programme d'action communautaire sur le sida (PACS) appuie une réponse communautaire à l'épidémie de VIH/sida. Le PACS offre aux organisations communautaires de lutte contre le sida des fonds de soutien ainsi que le financement régional de projets dans les quatre domaines suivants : l'éducation préventive; la création d'environnements sociaux propices pour les personnes atteintes du VIH/sida; le renforcement des organisations communautaires; la promotion de la santé pour les personnes atteintes du VIH/sida.
