Annual Fee Adjustment. ... Each year, following the end of the fiscal year, the Commission shall, for each facility or activity, (a) calculate the actual full cost; (b) calculate the fee adjustment by subtracting the estimated annual fee as calculated under section 4 from the actual full cost; and (c) notify the applicant or licensee in writing of the amount of the actual full cost and the amount of the fee adjustment.
