Valve réglable limitatrice de pression employée comme mécanisme d'échappement de gaz sur un appareil d'anesthésie à débit continu. Valve de limitation de pression qui libère le gaz au-dessus d'un seuil réglable de pressions. Son rôle est de : 1) contrôler la pression du système et donc la pression intrapulmonaire et, b) laisser échapper la vapeur et les gaz d'anesthésie en excès.
