The Atlantic Human Rights Centre was established in 1988, at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. In promoting the ideals of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the mandate of the Centre gives focus to the development of multi-disciplinary teaching and research in the area of citizenship and human rights.
