Opercule en plastique qui s'insère dans le goulot de la bouteille sous la capsule couronne pour le bouchage provisoire pendant toute la durée de la prise de mousse et de la maturation en bouteille avant le dégorgement.

CONT

La capsule comporte une coiffe métallique, généralement en acier inoxydable, qui recouvre une cartouche en plastique, le bidule. Le bidule permet de recueillir le dépôt issu du remuage. Il est expulsé avec celui-ci grâce à la pression contenue dans la bouteille lors du dégorgement.
