Bounce home test. This test evaluates the screw home component and the locking of the knee. A positive test occurs when the knee "falls short," giving a bogey or spongy resistance to full extension rather than a hard solid end feel of extension. Épreuve du «rebond». Cette épreuve est pratiquée pour apprécier un défaut d'hyperextension, le plus souvent secondaire à une lésion méniscale, à un corps étranger intra-articulaire ou à un oedème intra-capsulaire. Le patient étant en décubitus dorsal sur la table, empaumez son talon et mettez son genou en flexion complète. Puis, laissez passivement son genou aller en extension. Le genou doit se mettre en extension totale, avec un rebond ultime précis.
