JUDO. Pour projeter l'adversaire, il faut d'abord le placer en état de kuzushi. C'est donc la première phase de tout mouvement. Pour obtenir un kuzushi, il faut appliquer le principe de la non-résistance. Lorsque l'adversaire vous pousse, au lieu de résister, vous devez tirer fermement, d'une façon coordonnée avec tout le corps, dans la même direction que cette poussée. De cette façon, vous pourrez surprendre l'adversaire. Il se verra dans l'obligation d'aller un peu plus loin que prévu. Vous aurez donc obtenu le kuzushi désiré.

OBS

La plupart des termes japonais en judo s'emploient au masculin, mais il y a des exceptions.
