The building permit obtained in accordance with this section shall be in full force and effect at the time a building permit number is furnished by the neighborhood and development services division over the telephone line to the applicant. Following the issuance of the building permit in accordance with this section, the neighborhood and development services division shall, as soon as conveniently possible after the payment of the permit fee, mail a copy of the building permit document to the applicant for the building permit. 4, record 1, English, - building%20permit
