Between the Government of Canada (represented herein by the federal Minister of Agriculture) and hereinafter referred to as Canada, and the Government of the Province of Manitoba (represented herein by the Provincial Minister of Agriculture) and hereinafter referred to as Manitoba regarding Canada-Manitoba Agri-Food Development Agreement, subsidiary to the Economic and Regional Development Agreement. This agreement is signed on this 12th day of January, 1984.
