CCES: Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport. The RTP is made up of top-ranked athletes based on an internationally recognized formula, with consideration given to risk levels and other subjective factors. RTP athletes have specific requirements under the Canadian Anti-Doping Program, including: Therapeutic Use Exemptions and Athlete Whereabouts Program.
