Initiated in 2000, the Canadian Paralympic Hall of Fame recognizes and celebrates those who have contributed to the growth and development of the Paralympic Movement individuals or teams. The Canadian Paralympic Committee [CPC] holds an induction process every two years, during a non-Games year. The athlete/team must have been retired from active, international competition for at least 4 years.

Inauguré en 2000, le Temple de la renommée paralympique canadien reconnaît et rend hommage à tous ceux et celles qui ont contribué à la croissance et au développement du Mouvement paralympique. Généralement, le Comité paralympique canadien [CPC] intronise de nouveaux membres à tous les deux ans, au cours d'une année ne présentant pas de Jeux paralympiques. Afin d'être éligible, l'athlète ou l'équipe doit être à la retraite de la compétition active internationale depuis au moins quatre ans.
