Cap-i-pota. Es la cabeza de la ternera cocido, lo hierven entero y una vez cocido lo deshuesan. Antiguamente había un plato muy típico donde se cocinaba la cabeza de la ternera y la pata. Este plato se decía “cap i pota”, y con al paso del tiempo en la cabeza se le quedó este nombre “capipota”.
