The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is one of the three Sectors of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The ITU-T was created on 1 March 1993 within the framework of the "new" ITU, replacing the former International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (CCITT) whose origins are over 100 years old. Le Secteur de la normalisation des télécommunications de l'UIT (UIT-T) est l'un des trois Secteurs de l'Union internationale des télécommunications (UIT). L'UIT-T a été créé le 1er mars 1993 dans le cadre de la nouvelle structure de l'UIT, afin de remplacer l'ancien Comité consultatif international télégraphique et téléphonique (CCITT), dont les origines remontent à plus de cent ans. CCIF is a seven-year, $98 million federal research and development program designed to develop a knowledge base for Canadian child care and to improve its quality. The program has funded the development of new program models, training and public education materials. Since its beginning in 1988, it has provided nearly $17 million to Aboriginal groups to develop culturally appropriate models and services. La Caisse est un programme de sept ans que le gouvernement fédéral a pourvu d'un budget de 98 millions de dollars pour la recherche et le développement. Son objectif consiste à créer une base de connaissances sur les services de garde canadiens en vue d'en améliorer la qualité. La Caisse a financé l'élaboration de nouveaux modèles de programmes ainsi que de matériel de formation et d'éducation publique. Depuis sa création en 1988, les groupes autochtones ont reçu près de 17 millions de dollars pour concevoir des modèles et mettre sur pied des services adaptés à leur culture.
