THE CENTRE is designed to bring the joint efforts of both the Department of National Defence (DND) and Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) together in providing information and services to injured and retired military members and their families. THE CENTRE is an initial contact point and referral service. All calls are confidential and in addition to the original consultation and referral, follow-up calls are made to ensure that an individual's concerns or issues have been resolved and they have received all of the assistance to which they are entitled.
