OBS

A new booklet published by World Meteorological Organization, World Health Organization, and the United Nations Environment Program, with support from the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the University of Delaware, describes the important relationships between climate and health. Climate and weather can influence mortality, the spread of certain diseases, and population overall well-being and productivity. A significant change in climate, such as that projected to occur under global warming, this can have widespread impacts on health.
